The Signature Experience & French Wine Pairing
Experience Maison Joia through the meeting of French gastronomy and wine. 

In Nice, Chef Julien Pilati’s 9-Course Signature Tasting Menu is accompanied by five French wines selected by Laetitia Pilati to complement the cuisine and reveal the character of the winemakers and terroirs behind each glass.

Together, the menu and wine pairing tell a story stretching from Champagne and Brittany through to the French Riviera and the Mediterranean.

The Signature Menu is available as either Land & Sea or Plant-Based, both created by Chef Julien Pilati with the same exacting standards, creativity and attention to produce. Simply specify your preferred menu when making your reservation.

This gift includes, per person: 
  • Aperitif in the lounge
  • The 9-Course Signature Tasting Menu
  • or The Signature Plant-Based Menu, our 9-course vegetarian tasting menu
  • A 5-glass Signature Wine Pairing
